Delivery charges vary according to the weight of the order. If you have any questions you may email us at support@aimjewelry.com and we will be happy to estimate the charges.

*Additional air delivery charges are those shipping and handling charges that need to be added to the shopping cart shipping and handling total charges for products to be delivered outside the U.S.

Delivery time for your order to reach you is usually 2 to 4 weeks after it is processed. Please note that Customs may delay your order. Delivery charges do no include duties and country taxes.

Purchases weighing more than 1 pound-We will estimate the charges and inform the customer prior to shipment of product.

For orders in the U.S., we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Optima.

For orders outside the U.S., we accept only Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Our policy is to process all orders promptly. We ship all merchandise within 60 days of completed order. We will notify you promptly if we are out of stock on any item. In-stock items will be delivered within 3 to 7 days (U.S. orders only).

For shipping and handling estimated charges greater than $9.00 for orders to be delivered in the U.S. and greater than $16.00 for orders to be delivered outside the U.S., we will recompute the charges and inform the customer prior to shipment of product.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, complete the return form on the back of your packing slip or invoice no later than 30 days after shipment of purchased product.
